SHe-Box (Sexual Harassment electronic Box)
SHe-Box is a centralized online complaint portal launched by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, for reporting workplace sexual harassment complaints under the POSH Act, 2013. The portal enables women employees from government, private, organized, and unorganized sectors to file complaints securely online for timely redressal by the concerned authorities.
